Customers may request an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To initiate an exchange or return, customers must first send a message via our WhatsApp service or email, within the time frame mentioned above, including the request, invoice number, and reason for the exchange or return.
After submitting a request, customers should await instructions via email or WhatsApp on how to return the item, along with a return label for shipping via the postal service. The return label should be used within 5 days. Shipping costs paid by the customer will not be reimbursed, and exchanges or returns will not be accepted for unauthorized shipping. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
Exchanges or returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original packaging, with all accessories (if applicable), and in the same condition as when it was received. The item must not be used and should have all tags, seals, and labels intact. It should not show signs of use such as washing, stains (including makeup), or scents.
After receiving the returned item, Fabiane Frank will assess it within 5 business days. If the product does not meet our policy, it will be returned to the customer, and the exchange or return will not be processed.
In case of an exchange, the customer will receive a store credit voucher for the original value of the purchase, which must be used within 30 days.
For approved returns, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method. If paid by credit card, the refund will be processed through the card issuer and may take up to 10 business days. If paid via other methods, refunds will be issued by bank transfer.
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for exchange or return.
Items purchased during sales or promotions can only be exchanged within 7 days after receiving the product.
It is very important to inspect the packaging and product upon delivery. If your order is delivered by courier, please check the condition of the goods. If any defect is noticed in the packaging or product at the time of delivery, you can refuse the delivery and note the issue on the back of the invoice and sign. After refusing the delivery, immediately contact us through our customer service channels. If the order is delivered by mail, refuse delivery and inform us right away through our contact channels.
